Important information!

Careful preparation supports a smoother genital aesthetic procedure and a more comfortable recovery. Your specialist will provide individualized instructions, but the following general guidance is commonly recommended.

  • Attend a thorough consultation to discuss your concerns, medical history, and desired outcome.
  • Avoid smoking and alcohol for several weeks before surgery, as they can impair healing.
  • Stop taking blood-thinning medications and supplements as advised by your surgeon.
  • Arrange comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and post-operative hygiene supplies in advance.
  • Plan for someone to accompany you home and assist during the first days of recovery.
  • Follow any fasting instructions if sedation or general anesthesia will be used.

On the day of your procedure, the clinical team will guide you through each step to ensure your safety and comfort.

  • A final consultation confirms the planned technique and marks the treatment area.
  • Anesthesia (local with sedation or general, depending on the procedure) is administered.
  • The surgeon carefully reshapes or treats the tissue using the selected surgical or non-surgical technique.
  • Incisions, if any, are closed with fine, dissolvable sutures to minimize visible scarring.
  • You are moved to a recovery area for monitoring before being discharged with aftercare instructions.

Following your aftercare instructions closely helps ensure comfortable healing and optimal results.

  • Rest and avoid strenuous activity for the first one to two weeks after the procedure.
  • Keep the area clean and dry, following the hygiene routine recommended by your surgeon.
  • Wear loose, breathable underwear and clothing to reduce friction and irritation.
  • Avoid sexual activity, tampon use, and swimming until your surgeon confirms it is safe.
  • Refrain from smoking and take prescribed medication as directed to support healing.
  • Attend all follow-up appointments so your specialist can monitor your recovery and results.
