Who Is Not a Candidate for Fractional Laser?

- Open wounds or fresh scars
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding, as a precautionary measure
- A history of poor wound healing, keloid scarring, or photosensitivity disorders
- Recent use of isotretinoin (Accutane) within the past 6–12 months, which increases the risk of adverse skin reactions
