• Why Estetik International & Dr. B?
A tired or heavy eye expression can make you look older than you feel. At Estetik International, treatments led by Op. Dr. Bülent Cihantimur restore brow position and eye harmony with medically planned, natural-looking results in Istanbul.
What Is an Eyebrow Transplant?
Eyebrow transplantation is a specialized cosmetic surgery to restore or enhance brow fullness and shape. Using Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE), individual hair grafts are taken (usually from the scalp) and carefully implanted into the brow area at precise angles. This mimics natural hair growth and creates a fuller, symmetrical brow arch. Candidates include anyone with genetic thinning, over-plucked eyebrows, scars, alopecia or other causes of brow loss. The transplanted hairs will continue to grow like normal hair, making brow transplants a permanent solution.

The procedure typically takes 2-3 hours, with local anesthesia to keep you comfortable. Most patients notice tiny scabs that heal within a week and feel well enough to return to work in a few days. Visible improvements begin around 3-6 months post-op, as the new brows grow in, with final results by 9-12 months. Our surgeons meticulously plan each graft to blend seamlessly with existing hair, ensuring a refined, personalized brow line. Because only single-hair grafts are used, the outcome looks natural and never “painted on”.
Why Choose a Brow Lift (Septolift)?
A brow lift (forehead lift) repositions sagging eyebrows and smooths forehead lines to rejuvenate the upper face. As we age, brow tissues lose elasticity and descend, creating a tired or stern look. Brow lift surgery elevates the brows back to a youthful position, softens deep lines, and opens the eyes. This can be done via traditional incisions (along the hairline) or a less-invasive endoscopic approach (small hidden incisions). In either case, redundant forehead skin is tightened and repositioned; extra tissue is often removed to smooth the area.
Many patients combine brow lift with fat transfer for optimal contour. Dr. Cihantimur’s Fat Juice® technique processes your own fat into a regenerative, stem-cell-rich graft. Fat Juice is mechanically emulsified into a fine 600-micron suspension that delivers higher stem cell content than regular fat grafts. This fat is then injected to add subtle volume and support to the lift area, further smoothing hollows or creases. The result is a longer-lasting rejuvenation with improved skin quality.
Brow lift surgery typically takes 1-2 hours under sedation or local anesthesia. Most patients resume light activities in about 1-2 weeks, with minimal visible scars hidden in the hairline. Improvements are immediate and enduring, you’ll see a noticeable lifting of the brows right away, and over time your forehead and eye area will look increasingly youthful. In fact, our patients often remark on how refreshed and natural the results feel, thanks to our meticulous placement and scar-concealing techniques.
Spider Web Thread Lift & Fat Juice®: Non-Surgical Innovations
For those seeking minimal downtime, our proprietary Spider Web Technique® offers a remarkable non-surgical facelift. This thread lift method uses ultra-fine PDO (polydioxanone) threads woven under the skin like a spider’s web. The threads anchor and lift sagging tissues (brows, cheeks, jawline) immediately, then trigger new collagen production for natural tightening over the following months. Because there are no large incisions (just tiny needle punctures), patients experience no scars, little to no pain, and a very short recovery. You can have make-up on and return to normal activities right after.
Our patients often request facial threading (non-surgical lift) along with or instead of surgery. The Spider Web Technique® uses a strategic grid of threads to uniformly lift the brow and midface, essentially a 3D “web” of support. It is FDA-approved, safe, and can be tailored so you retain full facial expression. Combined with Fat Juice® injections under the eyes or temples, it delivers a subtle yet transformative rejuvenation of the entire eye area. Many international patients choose this “thread lift in Istanbul” for its affordability and effectiveness compared to high-cost alternatives abroad.

Under-Eye Rejuvenation and Fillers
In addition to brows, we address the delicate under-eye area. Tear trough fillers (specialized hyaluronic acid) can smooth dark circles and hollows with virtually no downtime. The procedure takes only 10-15 minutes per eye: a local numbing cream is applied, then the filler is gently injected into the deep groove above the cheekbone. Patients often see an immediate brightening effect. Benefits of under-eye fillers include no surgery, quick results, and the ability to halt aging’s shadow in its tracks. Results typically last 12-18 months depending on the product and individual. We always pair filler treatments with consultations and high-quality brands (like Teosyal Redensity II) for safety and natural-looking outcomes.
Eyebrow Transplant vs. Brow Lift: Which is Right for You?
While both procedures rejuvenate the eye area, they solve different problems:
| Feature | Eyebrow Transplant | Brow Lift (Lifting)
| Primary Goal | Adding hair density / shape | Lifting sagging skin / position
| Method | FUE Hair Grafting | Surgery or Thread Lift
| Ideal For | Thin or missing eyebrows | Heavy eyelids & sagging brows
*Pro Tip: Many patients combine both for the ultimate eye rejuvenation.*
